Terms and Conditions

All Prices are F.O.B. (freight on board) shipping point. (unless otherwise noted)
Terms of Sales: All payments payable in US Dollars $.
Seller will not be responsible for delays occasioned by strikes, fire, accidents, transportation companies, extreme weather or other causes beyond our control.
An order shall not be canceled except by mutual consent. Seller is not required to consent of cancellation if Seller agreed to purchase the goods from a supplier who fails or refuses to cancel the order.
Only normal inventory goods can be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. Any goods returned past 30 days from original purchase is subject to a 25% restock fee.
All "special order" goods are non-refundable, and payment made in full is required before the Seller authorizes the special order from the supplier.
All online orders are subject to our NO RETURN policy. Please be sure for any online orders, that you are selecting the right pattern, color, size and quantity of the blocks before finalizing any purchase.
Any damaged goods received from online orders should be notified to the Seller immediately upon receiving the items and pictures taken for full/partial replacement at the Seller's discretion.
